Biography: Takatsuki Sara, born August 10, 1997, in Kanagawa prefecture, is a Japanese actress, model, and former member of the female idol group "bump.y". Her hobbies are playing guitar and piano. In July 2008, Takatsuki was scouted on her way to a swimming school in her hometown by the agency, Sweet Power, and entered the entertainment world. She has no interest in the entertainment world until she was scouted. She made her debut as an actress in the online drama "TSC Tokyo Girl" in September of the same year. In 2009, she was selected to play the childhood role of the main character, Masamune Asuka, in the TV drama "Otomen". In April 2011, she made her first appearance on the stage in "New Theory Tenichibo Uproar". In December 2012, she was selected to star in the stage "BASARA" from among 1,000 candidates by audition. The idol group "bump.y" was formed in October 2009 by her agency. The group's first major single, "voice" was released on August 25, 2010, and she remained as a member till their graduation in 2014. Takatsuki acted the voice of the main character, Sasaki Anna from the anime movie "When Marnie Was There" released in July 2014 by Studio Ghibli.
